Luxembourg Feuerwehr Medaille Kreuz 30 Dienstjahre

In a very good but used condition a Service medal of the Federation of Fire Brigades of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (third period, third edition).

The medal, one-sided, (38x38mm, without crown) is made of gold-plated bronze, surmounted by a crown. In the middle of the cross is a medallion with the crowned Luxembourg coat of arms framed by two laurel branches. On the left and right side of the cross is the year 18-82 (year of foundation of the association). The cross rests on two axes. There are oak leaves between the branches of the cross. Two banderoles bear the inscription: "Fédération des Sapeurs - Pompiers / Grand-Duché de Luxembourg". Wearing the medal can be replaced by a badge in the colors of the ribbon with golden edges and a crown in the middle. Ribbon: red, in the middle the three national colors (red-white-blue) separated by a fine yellow-gold stripe.
