In a very good condition a Deutsche Arbeitsfront large cup HASAG (Rosenthal)

Hasag was a company that during war year made ammunition for the 3rd Reich. They used during the years of the war forced laborers and slave labor through concentration camps which were maintained by the SS. From 1944 Albert Speer made HASAG the sole producer of ammunition for the Panzerfaust.

After the war the company was positioned in east-Germany and they started making cooking pots, milk canisters, lamps and other items. In 1947 their factories were robbed from their machines and taken to the Soviet Union as war reparations. The brand was finaly dicontinued in 1974.

The cup has a small break at the upper ear of the cup. But is structurally it is fine. The cup is marked on the bottom Maker marked Rosenthale with logo from Kronach in Germany. The company Rosenthal still makes porcelain and has almost the same logo, although it is now part of the Arcturus Group. Marked with DAF emblem, Modell des Amtes Schönheit der Arbeit
